Less than 24 hours before the governorship election polls open, there has been a massive movement of materials, people and money across Osun state. While INEC has moving both sensitive and non-sensitive materials, the politicians have been moving money across the state to mobilise voters to the polling units tomorrow. The INEC starting from midnight
