Two new Resident Electoral Commissioners have been sworn in by the Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu. They are Alalibo Johnson who becomes the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Cross Rivers State and Umar Gajiram who becomes the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Taraba State.
