INEC distributes fifty two million PVCs nationwide

As at yesterday, February 17, 2015, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had distributed 52,275,367 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) nationwide out of 68,833,476 number of registered voters.
