For the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal,(CCT) Mr. Danladi Umar, his cup was not only full but over-full and running – over following alleged gross misconduct prompting the Senate to invoke its powers pursuant to Section 157(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999, as amended). Although enshrined in the
